Welcome to Rockland Park! As a resident of Rockland Park, you are automatically a member of the Homeowners Association.
The Rockland Park Homeowners Association (RPHOA) will be an example of how an outdoor inspired community can bring out the best in community – it will be the catalyst for healthy, fun, and vibrant living. The Rockland Park HOA will support connections and facilitate experiences for all ages and abilities as well as create a sense of belonging that will enhance the quality of life for the residents of Rockland Park. This vibrant HOA will offer a variety of amenities, services, programs/events, and benefits exclusively for Rockland Park residents.
Rockland Park’s Homeowners Association is a not-for-profit company, which is incorporated and professionally operated, managed, and maintained. The Rockland Park HOA will be responsible for community assets, such as: entry features and the Rockland Park HOA facility and Park (an exclusive community recreation centre) for the lasting enjoyment of its membership.
The Rockland Park HOA is expected to start construction in 2022 and will serve the Rockland Park community.

Annual Fees
Annual fees will be applicable to all homes within Rockland Park when the HOA facility opens.
Rockland Park HOA annual fees are not optional to ensure sustainability and to cover operating and maintenance costs of the
Association, including the Rockland Park amenities. Each property will be subject to an annual charge evidenced in the form of an Encumbrance registered on title, securing payment to the Association.
Annual fees will be $600/year for single family/fee simple homes (plus GST) and $450/year for condominiums and townhomes and are due April 1st of each year. Fees are reviewed and established annually by the Board of Directors and can only be increased by the Consumer Price Index (inflation).
Fiscal year is April 1st – March 31st
Fee notices will be emailed/mailed in annually in early March and information will be posted on Rockland Park-connect.com.
New members pay a pro-rated fee based on the possession date of your new home to March 31st.
